Dr. Pascal Scheiwiller, Managing Director Lee Hecht Harrison
Pascal Scheiwiller has been Managing Director of Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) Switzerland since 2006. Under his leadership LHH has become a key market player in HR Consulting and market leader in Career Transition. As Country Manager he also represents LHH in the management team of Adecco Switzerland.
Pascal started his career as trainer, HR development and corporate culture consultant at Krauthammer International. He then moved to ime Management Consulting, where he soon became a partner and member of the board. In 2006 he took over his current role as managing director of LHH.
Pascal has a PhD in economics from the university of St. Gallen (HSG) and completed part of his studies at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Paris (ESCP). His thesis focused on future innovations in HR Consulting.

Stefan Hamilos, Sales Director
Stefan has acquired many years of experience in the area of management consulting, project management and human resources management (HRM). His previous position was with Accenture where he spent over eight years as a business consultant working on various reorganization and change management projects for international and domestic clients, and in particular in the field of human performance.
Stefan is qualified in business administration at the University of Zurich. He has written and published various works in the field of HRM, on topics such as "The management function in business and military" and "Concept for a process-oriented HRM".

François Suchanecki, Regional Director
As Regional Director of Lee Hecht Harrison – a subsidiary business of Adecco Group – François Suchanecki is responsible for sales and operations and has overall responsibility for the P&L performance of the German speaking region of Switzerland.
He has over 30 years of experience in education, development and coaching of employees of all levels, including recruitment and notification. He started as a high school teacher, before joining the pharmaceutical industry. He worked for Upjohn in Clinical Research, Marketing and Sales. Later he joined Roche in Clinical Research, and finally Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD). There he was in charge of Medical Services and Training & Development in Central, Eastern Europe and Israel. He was also based in the USA for 4 years. After that he was responsible for the Health Department of MSD Switzerland.
François Suchanecki has a degree in biology from the University of Basel. His experience as a member of the Swiss National Fencing team, winning numerous medals, helps him to coach and motivate his German-Swiss team.

Anne Dagier-Joncour, Regional Director French speaking part
Anne has over 10 years experience in creating, developing and managing teams. She started her career as Director of banking agencies in the BNP Paribas Personal Finance Division. Then she joined the Retail Banking Division, as a Regional Director, for the real estate mortgages. Strongly interested in leadership, team behavior and other human management issues she joined DBM in 2009 as a Senior Business Consultant.
Anne has a degree in International Business from ISUGA, Institut de Management Europe-Asie. She has lived and worked in several countries (Switzerland, France, China and the USA). Thanks to her international background and expertise, Anne is fully aware of the issues facing multicultural organizations initiating complex change and transition projects.
