Dr. Nicola Fielder, Operations Director, German speaking part of Switzerland

As an experienced human resources specialist, Nicola has a broad knowledge of the development and implementation of HR strategies, change management, personnel development, and retention management. She is also a licensed Lee Hecht Harrison outplacement consultant.

Nicola spent several years working as the manager of a regional employment agency run by the City of Zurich. She then joined the Hirslanden Group of private clinics as the head of HR Development, subsequently moving to the Hirslanden clinic in Zurich as the head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Committee.

Nicola studied sociology and business studies at the University of Zurich and received a doctorate.

Besides her native language English, she also speaks German and French.
