Carine Dilitz, Operations Director, French speaking part of Switzerland

Carine is certified to use the Lee Hecht Harrison career transition methodology. She is an expert in the assessment of internal and external candidates, both one-on-one and collectively in the context of assessment and development centers.

She is certified in the use of various tests and tools, and works extensively on competency identification and development. In addition she provides career transition coaching to individuals, and teaches career transition techniques to seminar groups to enhance their employability.

Carine holds a Masters degree in Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Criminology. After her studies she worked with the Swiss army on the recruitment of senior staff and executives. She is a member of an emergency psychology cell in partnership with the police force of Lausanne (VD). She has managed projects at national level on behalf of governmental agencies.

She is Swiss, French mother tongue, and speaks excellent English and German.
