Sandro De Pellegrin besitzt internationale Berufs- & Funktionserfahrungen als Verkaufsleiter, Personalverantwortlicher, Unternehmensberater, Geschäftsführer und Verwaltungsrat in den Bereichen HRM Consulting, Kader- & Spezialisten-Selektion sowie Outplacement.

Karrierestart im Detailhandel mit anschliessender Selbstständigkeit in der Modebranche. 1997 Erfolgreicher Wechsel in die Personalvermittlung bis auf Stufe Oberes Kader und Spezialisten. Verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Führung von internationalen Sales Teams & Organisationen im Bereich Personal & Führung.

Spätere Übernahme, erfolgreiche Sanierung und Relaunch zweier Unternehmen in der Personalvermittlungsbranche mit Verantwortung als Verwaltungsrat und Managing Director für die Schweizer Niederlassung eines internationalen Konzerns im Bereich Personaldienstleistungen.

Seit 2009 ist Sandro De Pellegrin  Ansprechpartner für Kunden & Partner der Region Schweiz Mitte und zuständig für die Koordination von Outplacement- & Talent Development-Projekten. Punktuell tätig als Coach für das Management bei Reorganisationen und Restrukturierungen.

Felix Hirschburger is a certified outplacement consultant, coach an experienced HR specialist with sound knowledge in recruitment, Assessment and Development Center, HR development, coaching and change management. Felix spent several years as HR Manager in an international industrial concern. He started his career as manager of his own company focused on Coaching and Training. In addition he is responsible for the coaching training of the Swiss army, was co-organiser of an international conference for systemic, solution focused work in organizations, and has experience as a business studies instructor in adult education.

Felix holds a MA in business studies focusing on HR from the University of Zurich, completed further education in organizational development and is currently in the process for the ICF certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Andreas Rudolph has international experience in the fields of management consulting, distribution optimisation, call center management and human resources management. Over the last 10 years he worked for an international consulting firm as managing director & sales consultant with the main focus on leadership development and coaching in Switzerland, Germany and Italy.

Andreas completed his education at the University of St. Gallen. He has published several articles dealing with “CRM in trade” and “call center management”. He also lectured for several years at the University for Applied Science in Solothurn and at the Medienakademie of the University of Köln.

Klaus Uhl has several years of experience as a legal consultant in M&A, off-shoring, and restructuring services (in particular HR due diligence) as well as experience as a business attorney. Prior to changing his function internally and coming to work for Lee Hecht Harrison, he was responsible for various key account projects in the fields of off-shoring as well as outsourcing of the Adecco Business Line “Finance & Legal”. Before coming to work for the Adecco Group’s legal services department, he worked as a business attorney in Zurich for several years.

Klaus studied economics and business management at the University of St. Gallen and went on to conclude studies of law in the canton of St. Gallen, after which he underwent postgraduate studies at the University of Miami (LL.M.).

Marc Rotzetter has wide experience in the Human Resources field with a focus on banking recruitment, and significant experience in people management as a manager at a local and international level. 

Marc has an unusual profile having started his career as an airline pilot before heading to Human Resources and then management - first as consultant and project manager, then as profit center manager.   

He then joined the worldwide leader in wealth management, where he was responsible for developing and improving the recruitment of Client Advisors for the International Wealth Management. He then had the opportunity to move to a position as Client Advisor and finally became head of this important department, which he led through the whole financial crisis of 2008/2009. 

Marc Rotzetter holds an Airline Transport Pilot Licence and he is certified to use the Lee Hecht Harrison career transition methodology.

Claudine holds a degree and post-graduate diploma in psychology. She completed her education at IMD (Lausanne). She speaks French and English and has a good working knowledge of German and Italian.
